Squadron 902
Base Access for Squadron members is as per the Base Commander's letters that were mailed to the Squadron membership.
Members of Squadron 902 are volunteers and civilians.
It focuses on the Cadet Program which offers teenagers (ages 12 through 18) the opportunity to:
  • participate in real Search & Rescue missions
  • fly in Civil Air Patrol and US Air Force aircraft
  • learn Aerospace concepts and history
  • learn military Customs and Courtesies
  • learn and practice Leadership skills
  • learn military Drill and Ceremony
It is the winner of the Pennsylvania Wing 2006 Unit Citation Award
The Squadron meets in a building at the north end of the base.
Directions to this building are posted.
Squadron Meetings are on Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
at Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base (NAS JRB), Willow Grove
