Tasks Tutorial

Of the three columns, the left column "CAP Utilities" has the tasks update capability. It has the 3 items you will use.
Personal CAPF 101 Go to Step (5)
Personal ES SQTR Quick Entry updates your ES tasks. Go to Step (6)

| (5) |  | - Prints your 101 card
- Allows you to change your height, weigh, color of eyes and hair that will print on your 101 card
- Can also upload a picture to be printed on the 101 card.

| (5.01) |  | To upload a picture for your 101 Card, click "Upload CAP Picture". Note that the Squadron Commander must validate your picture before it prints on your 101 Card and that you cannot delete it once you upload it. Be careful.
Click on the drop-down list arrow to change your height, weight, color or eyes and hair as necessary. You must click "Update 101 Card" for the changed information to be saved.
NOTE: The middle column of the 101 Card has the specialties that you have achieved or are working on. If this column is blank, you have a blank 101 Card that is worthless. You must at least have an GES "General Emergency Services" Specialty to go out on a mission. You get a GES Specialty by taking (and passing) the ES 116 test. Instructions on how to navigate to the test are on the Squadron 902 Training page. |
| (6) |  | Allows the update of completed tasks into the National database Emergency Services (ES) Specialty Qualification Training Record (SQTR).

| (7) |  | Displays the tasks needed for each specialty. These can be printed by clicking on the "Print" button of the browser.

Click the drop-down list arrow to display all of the available specialties. Select the one you want to see and those tasks will be automatically displayed. Click "Print" on your browser. |
| (7.02) |  | In this example, GTM3 tasks are displayed. Any tasks that are completed, have the completion date and the CAP ID of the person (Trainer) who signed off on the task. Print this page by clicking on the "Print" button on you browser.
