The PAWG Communications Section is providing this Communications Training to PAWG Membership. It is intended to serve as a refresher for current ROA (Radio Operator Authorization) card holders and as a preliminary training aid to those who will pursue formal ROA training.
This is an adaptation of the training document that was developed by the Pennsylvania Wing (PAWG) Communications Section and distributed in 2002 by LTC David Chubski and in 2003 by Maj Gerry Snyder.
This course represents a statement of the author and not necessarily that of the Civil Air Patrol.
