Orientation Flights

Orientation Flight Pictures, March 30, 2008
Cadet Orientation Flights or O-Flights are designed to introduce the cadet to general aviation. Squadron 902 along with the pilots from Doylestown Composite Squadron 907 is offering these O-Flights. All cadets attending O-Flights are required to have the following:
  1. Your current CAP ID card
  2. A copy of CAPP52-7 Cadet Orientation Flight Syllabus
  3. You must be in BDU’s (ironed and shined boots)
  4. Bring a coat, gloves, and hat in the colder months
(You may be asked to go home if you do not have items 1, 2, or 3)

If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled flight you must notify the senior in charge as early as possible to allow an alternate cadet a chance to fly.

The meeting night before your scheduled flight you will be given a card with your assigned plane tail number, your pilots name, phone number, and the time to report to the airport. Again if you cannot make your scheduled time you must notify your pilot and the senior in charge as soon as possible.
