Good afternoon everyone!  This week the uniform will 
be BDUs.  Everyone who is attending Beach Ball will 
be briefed on Thursday on times and such. 

1900-1915: Opening Formation/Inspection
1915-1930: Study/Mentoring Session (Alpha will mentor)
1930-2015: Testing
2015-2045: Drill
2015-2045: Beach Ball Briefing
2045-2115: Flight Time (Gather a list of needed supplies, 
		   work on uniform issues, go over C&C)
2115-2130: GA/Closing Formation

Alpha Flight will be with Echelon during the 2045-2115 
time slot.  During the Drill slot staff and Alpha flight 
will have a quick briefing on Beach Ball, flight staff can 
alternate being with their flight to come in and get the 
information. 

A new process for promotion paperwork is now in effect.  
There will be a bin or folder in the front of the classroom.  
Any cadets who turn in paperwork will place it in that 
folder or bin on their own!  At some point during the meeting, 
most likely at 2015, the folder will be collected by c/Maj 
Carroll or c/Capt Earp to be processed.  Once the paperwork 
is processed it will be handed to myself for final approval 
and I will deal with it from that point on.
