PT Testing
This week we will be PT testing followed by training. Tango will be on
week 5 and Bravo will carry out a PT activity. Alpha: You will meet with
the Echelon immediately after PT testing. It is your responsibility to be
there on time. You will not be reminded or sent for. The uniform will be
PT clothes. Make sure you are dressed appropriately for
whatever weather we may be experiencing on Thursday.
1900-1905: Opening Formation
1905-2000: Stretching/PT testing
2000-2105: Tango week 5
2000-2105: Bravo PT activity
2000-2105: Alpha meeting with echelon
2105-2125: DCC Q/A and G/A
2125: Closing
