Current Security Requirements to enter Willow Grove NAS JRB

ALL PERSONNEL MUST BE "SPONSORED" TO ENTER THE BASE.

Time: We must send a "Visitors List" to base security 72 hours in advance of the meeting.  That means that you must contact us before Monday in order to get your name on the "Visitors List", to visit us at a Thursday meeting. Documents: The following are required at the security checkpoint: 1) Valid Drivers License, 2) Valid Car Registration Card, 3) Valid Car Insurance Card, and 4) Valid Sponsors Card (CAP ID Card) or your name on the "Visitors List" sent to Base Security. Note: if the car registration card is not in the same name as the name on the driver's license, the guard may ask you to produce a notarized letter, stating that the owner of the vehicle is granting permission for the driver of the vehicle to use that vehicle.
