The Cadet Alpha Flight Commander

  Reports to: the Cadet First Sergeant
  Is responsible for:
  He/she:

• Directs and supervises the members of Alpha Flight
• Leads Alpha Flight in squadron activities
• Evaluates Alpha Flight cadets on the proper wear of CAP uniform, military courtesy and discipline, drill, ceremonies, and formations
• Acts as an advisor to Alpha Flight members
• Serves as a liaison between Alpha Flight cadets and cadet echelon staff
