The Cadet Alpha Flight Sergeant

  Reports to: the Cadet Alpha Flight Commander
  Is responsible for:

• Assists the Cadet Alpha Flight Commander in the performance of his/her duties.
• Instructs Alpha Flight cadets on the proper wear of CAP uniform, military courtesy and discipline, drill, ceremonies, and formations.
• Maintains discipline within Alpha Flights.
• Deals with Alpha Flight administration and personnel matters.
• Receives attendance from Alpha Flight Element Leaders and reports to the Cadet First Sergeant, their cadet flight commander and the cadet echelon.
• May act as Cadet Alpha Flight Commander in the absence of the Cadet Alpha Flight Commander.
