The Cadet Bravo Flight Sergeant

  Reports to: the Cadet Bravo Flight Commander
  Is responsible for:

• Assists the Cadet Bravo Flight Commander in the performance of his/her duties.
• Instructs Bravo Flight cadets on the proper wear of CAP uniform, military courtesy and discipline, drill, ceremonies, and formations.
• Maintains discipline within flights.
• Deals with Bravo Flight administration and personnel matters.
• Receives attendance from Bravo Flight Element Leaders and reports to the Cadet First Sergeant, their cadet flight commander and the cadet echelon.
• May act as Cadet Bravo Flight Commander in the absence of the Cadet Bravo Flight Commander.
