• Assists the Cadet Commander in the performance of his/her duties
• Assists the Cadet Commander in accomplishing tasks
• Ensures weekly schedules are followed
• Directs cadet staff in accomplishing objectives
• Administers promotion boards
• Recommends personnel assignments to Cadet Commander
• Evaluates proficiency of cadet staff and meetings
