  Is responsible for:

• Assists the Cadet Commander and Cadet Deputy Commander in administering squadron cadet activities
• Organizes materials for promotion boards
• Assists the Cadet Deputy Commander in administering promotion boards
• Heads special projects and planning
• Administers inspections of cadet staff
• Recommends personnel assignments to the the Cadet Commander
• Monitors squadron progress toward set goals
• Represents the squadron in group and wing events
