The Cadet First Sergeant

  Reports to: the Cadet Executive Officer
  Is responsible for: the well being and training of all cadets.
  He/she:

  • Oversees the training of new cadets.
  • Introduces pre-Tango Flight cadets to the CAP program and squadron.
  • Serves as a liaison between NCO cadets and cadet echelon.
  • Advises cadet echelon on NCO matters and efficiency of the cadet squadron.
