The Cadet Tango Flight Commander

  Reports to: the Cadet First Sergeant

• The flight commander’s job is to pass along the needs and requests of his/her flight sergeant. The flight commander may choose to help train the cadets under their command, but the training is left to the responsibility of the flight sergeant.
• Leads Tango Flight in squadron activities
• Evaluates Tango Flight cadets on the proper wear of CAP uniform, military courtesy and discipline, drill, ceremonies, and formations
• Acts as an advisor to Tango Flight members
• Serves as a liaison between Tango Flight cadets and cadet echelon staff
