The Cadet Tango Flight Element Leader

  Reports to: the Cadet Tango Flight Commander
  Is responsible for: the supervision and training of the cadet element.
  He/she:

• Monitors for satisfactory performance during formations and ceremonies.
• Monitors the military bearing of the element.
• Maintains element morale.
• Element Leaders do not fall in the chain of command. However, it is an assigned position in flights that are large enough to have them. They are the rightmost person in each row, and are responsible for the needs and concerns of the cadets in their row. They are responsible for helping their team when the flight staff is busy, or they are fully capable of handling the problem on their own.
