The Cadet Tango Flight Sergeant

• Assists the Cadet Tango Flight Commander in the performance of his/her duties.
• The Tango Flight Sergeants job is to train and perform activities with the flight. He/She is in direct charge of the Tango Cadets in their flight and is responsible for their actions. Every need from the Tango Flight goes through the Tango Flight Sergeant first, as well as any problems with Tango Cadets that arise.
• Maintains discipline within Tango Flights.
• Deals with Tango Flight administration and personnel matters.
• Receives attendance from Tango Flight Element Leaders and reports to the Cadet First Sergeant, their cadet flight commander and the cadet echelon.
• May act as Cadet Tango Flight Commander in the absence of the Cadet Tango Flight Commander.
