The following information is sent to you for Lt Col. Henry C. Beck,
by Dorothy Stone, Administrator of GPs 2, 3, 4, & PAWG mailing lists.
At his request it is sent to all Groups so that this information 
reaches the greatest number of members.

		AFIADL - IMPORTANT NOTICE                      15 July 2006

Modified procedure for reporting requests for AFIADL material
To PAWG HQ, attn PAWG/TCO for better record keeping

All requests for AFIADL course and examination material are now done
electronically. .(see letter of 6 May 2006, Col. M.A. Applebaum to all Group
and Squadron Commanders). PAWG members are required to notify the 
PAWG/TCO of their requests. Presently this is done by forwarding 
electronically a copy of the completed form AU 23 to the PAWG/TCO.

We have found that not all computers are equipped to do this and thus
information is delayed or lost.

Starting now, the new procedure is-

	Send an e-mail to the current PAWG/TCO, hcbeck308@verizon.net
and a copy to your unit Commander, with the following information -
	1.   Your name and current grade
	2.   Date of application request
  	3.   Course name and number
	4.   Your unit Charter number - NER-PA-xxx
	5.   Your phone number
	6.   Optional - your CAP ID number
	7.   Optional - only the last four digits of your SSN

The AFIADL course material will be sent to your home address. The examination
material will be sent only to Headquarters PAWG.
